the rules we don't bend
- 🔒 Aggregate only. No user-level rows leave the building, at any price.
- 🔒 A title is reportable at 25+ real raters; no published cell resolves to fewer than 5 people.
- 🔒 Seeded taste profiles are excluded from everything licensed or published.
- 🔒 Any user can opt out of aggregate reporting, and opt-outs are honoured in future reports.
- 🔒 Money cannot buy a score, a rank, a chart position, or the removal of a bad result.
