how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 17 comments (13 from Metacritic, 4 from TMDB reviews) — 3 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence — the shape below rests on 3 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“The overly sappy ending is out of place”

“The film introduces Sloane and Jackson and naturally develops their “holidate” arrangement through relatable holiday situations.”
Alunauwie · TMDB reviews ↗
“Conflict builds gradually as feelings grow between the characters, with dialogue hinting at inevitable rule-breaking. Sloane’s internal struggles add emotional depth, leading to tension and a climax in their relationship.”

“It’s a Christmas movie that makes you laugh. There are a couple of cheesy scenes, though, so don’t worry if that’s what you’re looking for in your holiday viewing.”
Lorry Kikta, Film Threat · 80
“Like so much of Netflix’s quantity over quality output, Holidate is broad, unsubtle, and seemingly designed to be half-watched, phone in hand. Yet within that framework, it finds a unique comedic spark that keeps it zipping along.”
Caroline Siede, The A.V. Club · 67
“The movie surprises on almost every level, breaking a number of contemporary rom-com rules along the way thanks to Tiffany Paulsen’s self-aware screenplay. I don’t mean in the meta-satirical sense of, say, David Wain’s absurdist They Came Together. More like a watered down Nora Ephron project.”
Barry Hertz, The Globe and Mail (Toronto) · 63
“Briskly directed by John Whitesell, written by Tiffany Paulsen, Holidate won’t change your mind about the tread-worn challenges of romantic comedies, but its leads leverage their charms nicely.”
Lisa Kennedy, Variety · 60
“Predictability doesn’t have to be a sin when it comes to the often paint-by-the-numbers world of romantic comedy, but this awkward combination of expectation and disdain for it make for a film only fleetingly worthy of celebration.”
Kate Erbland, IndieWire · 58

“Forced jokes, forced script, if you need more time to set up the script just make a mini-series. Everything seemed like they took bad jokes, bad script and scrambled it up hoping it will make an ok movie. AS USUAL ON NETFLIX or more like NOFIXNET? crappy quality and abusing the name brand to justify low quality movies.. in my opinion Netflix is the worst movie streaming platform to ever exist”

“unfunny, unlikable characters, vulgar jokes. Emma Roberts should have been in a good holiday movie... this isn't it. I couldn't imagine watching this with any family members. This is a mess.”

“Holidate doesn't add much in the rom-com realm, and if you add nasty jokes to it, it's not a good recommendation for Christmas.”

“Really good watch, would watch again, and can recommend. An odd, jaded, but good approach to the social pressures of being single, but dateable. I guess other people see it as wasted resource, I wouldn't know. Realistically, this is as much a breakup recovery movie as it is a romantic comedy. The cast does a great job of subtly expressing things without it being obvious. Ultimately it's a cute and charming little movie from a jaded and socially abnormal stand point. The biggest proble”
