Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 12 comments (11 from Metacritic, 1 from TMDB reviews) — none of them described how it moves.
So the shape below is not a measured arc. It is this title's overall sentiment held flat across the runtime, with the widest uncertainty band we draw. People talked about this title; they did not talk about how it paces.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“It’s still saccharine, overwrought, blandly acted, painfully earnest, and uber-dramatic, and constantly staring longingly at the night sky and bodies of water for some reason, but… teen romance is all of those things. It fits. Maybe the Sparks formula isn’t so bad as long as Sparks himself isn’t involved.”

“Both actors are gorgeous, of course, which heightens the romantic fantasy of it all, but there's also a naturalism to them that's appealing.”
Christy Lemire, RogerEbert.com · 63
“Midnight Sun does an effective job of tugging at vulnerable teenage hearts, while managing to provide a few laughs along the way. None of the film rings remotely true, especially the cornball conclusion, but the two young leads are so darn attractive and appealing that one can't help being caught up in their characters' poignant romance.”
Frank Scheck, The Hollywood Reporter · 60
“If you’re still a dewy-eyed teen fresh out of going “Awwwww” at the out-of-date coming-out romance “Love, Simon,” there’s nothing wrong with stuffing a few tissues in your pocket and bracing for, if not a good cry, at least the sniffle or two Midnight Sun promises.”
Roger Moore, Movie Nation · 50
“Midnight Sun is cheesy and implausible and manipulative, but it did chip away at my cynicism through the sheer force of its corny and sincere heart.”
Richard Roeper, Chicago Sun-Times · 50

“Okay really obsessed with this movie, I think I am going to be watching this movie many more times it's just beautiful, I have no idea why this movie is just sticking with me, maybe because it is a beautiful movie or I just really enjoyed watching it. This movie is one of those movies that you watch and it sticks around in your head for a little while longer, for example I watched five feet apart and that movie was stuck in my head for a good couple of weeks, why?”

“Great movie with very real emotion. Highly recommend for almost anyone. The Schwarzenegger kid’s acting was pretty rough, and that probably hurt the reviews, but everyone else is excellent. writing and cinematography are excellent as well.”

“.Better Than I Expected As a frequent movie goer, this was just about my only choice today since I've seen the other movies that are playing now. I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. I expected it to cater to teenagers, which is mostly did, but as a person in my 70s, I enjoyed it too. It does tug at the heartstrings, which I find manipulative, but it wasn't too hard to hold back the tears. The acting is very good except for Schwarzenegger, who is just OK as an actor, but his being so easy o”

“I just wanna say from the moment I seen how sad she was I cried and yes I did cry but I just wanna say even though she wasn't suppose to go outside she did it anyways and at first I was a little confused because I was like this is just like everything everything so what is the point of watching it but in everything everything she didn't die and that made me realize how amazing the movie is and how better it is because when you think about it its dumb of her to risk her life but at the same time ”
