Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 21 comments (19 from Metacritic, 2 from TMDB reviews) β 4 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence β the shape below rests on 4 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

βI ended up crying my eyes out during the performance of "Killing Me Softly" dedicated to his mother.β

Published reviews, not felt experience β a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
βThat rare romantic comedy that dares to choose messiness over closure, prickly independence over fetishized coupledom, and honesty over typical Hollywood endings.β
Ann Hornaday, Washington Post Β· 100
βThe timing and cutting of the film are terrific, the build-up to an absurdly hilarious climax is just right, and the performances are near perfect.β
Shawn Levy, Portland Oregonian Β· 100
βIt's irresistible, damn it. Mainstream comedies should all be this funny and tender and deftly performed.β
David Edelstein, Slate Β· 90
βHilarious, touching and wonderfully dyspeptic.β

βMovie purists will tell you that a heavy reliance on voice-over is a sin (“show, don’t tell”), but when the words are this funny, to hell with purity.β

Scores from Metacritic and Rotten Tomatoes, read 28 Aug 2026. Quotes belong to their publications and link to the full reviews.
Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

βIt didn't kill me softly. Will is self centered and has cast off all his responsibilities. But during one of his more dubious scams to date single mothers, he is forced to reconsider his moral fibre after coming into contact with a 12 year old outcast named Marcus. Adapted from the massively popular book written by Nick Hornby ("Fever Pitch" & "High Fidelity") About A Boy easily translates well to the screen without truly breaking free of the modest premise. Oddly enough for such a Britiβ
