Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 12 comments (7 from Metacritic, 5 from TMDB reviews) β 3 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence β the shape below rests on 3 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

βRibald, wry and even, from time to time, suspenseful, The Name of the Rose is actually a movie-movie -- rich in Hollywood convention, dense with images, with muscular performances (the principals play their types to the maximum), with good, old- fashioned movie stuff. Never a dull moment. How very unlikely. [24 Oct 1986, p.D1]β

βThe filmβs packed with messages in invisible ink, secret staircases, and corpses in cauldrons of pigβs blood. And since ? Conneryβs bald as a cue ball, that means no distracting Hanksian haircuts!β

βThe Name of the Rose spins a whopping good tale, a medieval murder mystery that only those with seriously damaged attention spans will find hard to enjoy. [29 Sept 1986, p.63]β

βWhat this movie needs is a clear, spare, logical screenplay. It's all inspiration and no discipline.β

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

βAt first I was like "Hah, this is some kind of Sherlock Holmes but a priest thing!", and then I was like "Oh, this **is** some kind of Sherlock Holmes but a priest thing!" _Final rating:β β β - I liked it. Would personally recommend you give it a go._β

βBookish or Boorish? The Name of the Rose is directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud and based on the novel of the same name written by Umberto Eco. It stars Sean Connery, Christian Slater, F. Murray Abraham, Helmut Qualtinger, Elya Baskin & Michael Lonsdale. Music is scored by James Horner and cinematography by Tonino Delli Colli. Sean does Sherlock the Monk. It's one of those film's that I just can't get into, three times I have tried but it's now consigned to the recycle bin, never to be uneaβ

β## **The Name of the Rose (1986) Review: A Perfect, Pitch-Black Gothic Masterpiece** Jean-Jacques Annaud's *The Name of the Rose* is not merely a film; it is an atmosphere, a puzzle box, a philosophical war waged in the shadowy corridors of a decaying abbey. It is a perfect alchemy of intellectual thriller and gothic horror, and decades after its release, it remains an untouchable classicβa film that earns every minute of its runtime and deserves nothing less than a perfect score. ### A Laβ
