So let me try to put this in order: mystery guy who can erase himself from live videos probably killed Mary Lou, Ryker knew her(?) and interrogated some CTAC guy who was then killed, and that CTAC guy's death was pinned on Ryker by Dimi who was working for... someone. Bancroft's son used some bio-3D-printer to make a copy of Bancroft's sleeve and used it to pretend to be his father. The son probably had plans to kill Bancroft and then become him.
