what happens
Bob, the Killer Goldfish creates an device that sucks the "evolutionary energy" out of anything that it wraps around. Jim and Peter are made into idiots by it, and remain idiots for a large percentage of the episode
nobody has mapped this one
We draw an episode's shape from public discussion of it, and there isn't enough about this one to draw anything honest. Forty-five seconds with the dial and it has a curve.
