what happens
When a maniacally punctilious man faces financial ruin because of attorney Hamilton Hill, he transforms into the devious Clock King and swears revenge on Hill, now the mayor of Gotham.
nobody has mapped this one
We draw an episode's shape from public discussion of it, and there isn't enough about this one to draw anything honest. Forty-five seconds with the dial and it has a curve.
