how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 111 comments (86 from Reddit, 22 from Metacritic, 3 from TMDB reviews) β 29 of them described how it moves.
β steady β Holds one level all the way. Pulled both ways throughout β never simply one thing. Very little of it ever resolves. Marked above the line: 1 that landed as a blow, 3 that gave people chills.

βThe thing I cried most for was not stoik's funeral but when he is singing to his wife. I don't know why but something about him trying to reconnect with her and her not wanting to forgive herself was heartbreaking.β

βStoicks death deserved the screen time they wasted cutting towards fucking ruffnut. A scene for the mums goodbye and hiccups acceptance. It needed silence then hope then we cut to baby dragons. For a movie who's predecessor understood that less dialogue is more, it won't let it's characters shut up at the right moments.β
βThe entire remainder of the movie, I was holding out hope.β

βThis is a sequel that has its own story to tell and that gets right down to it, and it expands on the ideas from the first film, but in a way that tells a thematically satisfying and complete story. In other words, this is how franchises are supposed to work.β

βNot only does this second movie match the charm, wit, animation skill and intelligent storytelling of the original, I think it even exceeds it.β

βGleeful and smart, funny and serious, this sequel surpasses the endearing original with gorgeous animation β a dragon Eden, a dragon scourge, an infinitude of dragons β and one stirring human encounter after another.β

βItβs not about the world catching up to understand poor, lonesome Hiccup. Itβs about Hiccup catching up to the expectations of the world on his own.β

βFun, action-packed and dramatically deep, How to Train Your Dragon 2 is a prime example of "How to Make a Sequel."β

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

βThe first one was good and the second is not any worse. This series is standing out of the pack for its complex plot involving several topics, not just the typical ones in an animated movie. Arguably, they have been also treated in former movies; two main characters which are crippled (Finding Nemo ...), greater involvement of strong female roles (although, still, not as main characters and utterly in need of help from the male roles), ecology, etc. The points I dislike the most is the speβ

βIf you loved the first How to Train Your Dragon, you'll absolutely love this movie. If you are a frequent user of Tumblr, you'll want to capture SO many moments in .gif format. If you've never seen the first movie, you'll still love this movie, or at least, like it. Essentially, this movie is great. It has all that a child could desire in a film (trust me, the kids in the theatre LOVED it - it was super cute) and it also had some absolutely hilarious moments for the adults. The plot is prettyβ
