Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.

〰️ uneven — Peaks and dips, no clear shape. Warm most of the way through. Marked above the line: 1 that landed as a blow, 1 that gave people chills.

“The theatre EXPLODED.”
“It's his relationship with Simu that fuels the final act and keeps the big CGI battle from feeling too stale.”
“the end “war” scene as well”

“having it told through well paced flashbacks. It allows the story to breathe in a way we don’t really see in superhero origins.”

“I loved the bus fight. Especially when it went to that side shot where you see him just going across the bus taking out guy after guy.”

“I didn’t hate the final confrontation, but it wasn’t necessary.”

Published reviews, not felt experience — a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
“So what if the showoff climax deserts depth for dazzle. As the first Asian hero in Marvel history, former stuntman Simu Liu is action poetry in motion and his epic starring debut kicks off the fall film season on a rousing high note.”
Peter Travers, ABC News · 89
“Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings isn’t perfect. There’s a bit too much exposition involving myths, history, and character backstory; that climax inevitably abandons the intimacy of the fight scenes for gargantuan CGI. Yet by that point the movie has earned too much goodwill to be affected much by such complaints. I’m sure there are plenty of punchplosions to come in the MCU, probably even delivered by Shang-Chi himself, but at least Ten Rings offers a momentary respite from the reverberations.”
Josh Larsen, LarsenOnFilm · 88
“Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, this film fits into Marvel packaging in its own way, but it has an immense soulfulness that other MCU movies, superhero movies, and action movies in general should take notes from.”
Nick Allen, RogerEbert.com · 88
“Sometimes Shang-Chi is a straightforward martial-arts drama, all fistfights and meticulous choreography. Other times it’s a high-fantasy epic, full of stunning scenery and complex lore.”
Shirley Li, The Atlantic · 88
“Director/co-writer Destin Daniel Cretton’s film accomplishes something akin to what “Black Panther” accomplished in better times. It broadens the scope of superhero representation and storytelling. It offers an adversary, and a father figure, of teasing ambiguity and complicated rooting interests.”
Michael Phillips, Chicago Tribune · 88

“The movie starts off in a somewhat bizarre way with Shang-Chi and his girlfriend swiping a car from a valet parking and going for a joy ride. It turns out that they are telling their story to a couple of friends and that is pretty much how this movie is told. It begins more or less right away with some nice action and it continues that away with plenty of action sequences intermixed with story telling.”

“I'll be straight forward with you; I'm old. And I have a great pleathora of movie viewing history behind these eyes. Me being old, I am bitter most times from jealously of lost youth and a firey contempt toward lazy boneheaded braindead youth of today. But I digress...the review. My review will be short as are my praises, while my critique shall be terse. Deal with it. This movie is not bad. I wouldn't call it a waste of money to see, but on the same turn it's not "OMG, I have to co”
