how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 21 comments (19 from Metacritic, 2 from TMDB reviews) — 4 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence — the shape below rests on 4 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“the only funny part of the movie is a bit where he stumbles at a rest stop where the police turn on their lights and see a hoard of men engaging in sexual activity with each other. That was pretty funny. Not hilarious, but funny.”

“The rest of the movie is not even dry humor. It's weak romance.”

“It's funny from start to finish.”

“it delivered a visceral "revelation" of how far a romantic comedy can go into the "raw" and "pathetic" territories of human absurdity, earning a solid 4.0-star pillar in my archive. This experience **** the fourth wall of generic love stories by infusing the narrative rhythm with a "vivid" and rebellious energy that felt 100% unapologetic. Seeing the "vivid" vulnerability of the protagonists caught in high-tension, cringe-worthy situations provided a "sensational" emotional payoff that kept me in a state of absolute "hororong."”

“There's Something About Mary is fast paced with gripping screenplay and flat out childish humor to rely upon through out the course of it.”

Published reviews, not felt experience — a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
“Sensational, sicko fun -- you won't believe your eyes -- and just the thing to shake up the creeping conservatism that is draining the vulgar life out of pop culture.”
Peter Travers, Rolling Stone · 100
“In the person of Cameron Diaz, Mary is an island of sanity, good-natured humanity and genuine sweetness in an ocean of anarchy. Without her presence, There's Something About Mary would be merely sophomoric and tasteless.”
Bob Graham, San Francisco Chronicle · 100
“One of the funniest movies of the year, but you may need to shower afterwards.”
Joe Garden, The A.V. Club · 90
“Even when you're able to guess the next calamity, it's still a shock in its ejaculatory intensity. The Farrellys never throw in the towel. Pretentious Sundance independents could learn a lot from such pistols.”
David Edelstein, Slate · 90
“A gut-busting blast of tasteless tomfoolery.”
Susan Wloszczyna, USA Today · 88

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.
