Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 139 comments (99 from Reddit, 37 from Metacritic, 3 from TMDB reviews) β 23 of them described how it moves.
γ°οΈ uneven β Peaks and dips, no clear shape. Pulled both ways throughout β never simply one thing. Very little of it ever resolves.

It plays better than it reviews β the watch lands harder than the write-ups suggest.
βHunter Killer grabs the audience by the throat and speeds ahead while disbelief wallows helplessly in its bubbly wake.β

βWonβt win any awards for acting or writing but generates suspense when it needs to and tells an engrossing Tall Tale.β

βMuch of the filmβs success is due to the work of a better-than-average ensemble.β

βA surprisingly fun throwback to Cold War thrillers.β

βDespite the good stuff, though, Hunter Killer doesnβt ever really justify its existence. Conceived in 2011, viewing it through any other lens than todayβs political climate is impossible.β

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

βFor action lovers for sure. Film juggles a lot of characters and does it well. With the highest of stakes and respect for vets on both sides.β

βDEFT. Extremely watchable. The best submarine movie I know of. My second favorite is Johnathan Mostow's film and after that Das Boot. This has deft writing (from a novel) five leading men all perfectly cast, terrific male role models (not just violent animals), deft VFX work and messages for global non-violence and mutual respect. It's far ahead of US political reality in 2024. Gerald has never been better as an effective, world-weary, still compAssionate leader. I think this is in largeβ

βSo a megalomanic Russian admiral "Durov" (Michael Gor) concocts a plan to start a nuclear war with the Americans by kidnapping his own president "Zakarin" (Alexander Diachenko). His best laid plans had not, however, factored in the cunning of "Capt. Glass" (Gerard Butler) who commands the "USS Arkansas" and who begins to suspect that the clues he is being left are red herrings. When he discovers that a recent maritime disaster might not have been caused the way he is being told, he initiates a dβ
