Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 43 comments (38 from Metacritic, 5 from TMDB reviews) β 11 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence β the shape below rests on 11 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

βyou feel almost the whole time that they are following the lead of any other story almost as bureaucrats. There is not much of sensitivity put into the matter.β

βthe pacing here is remarkably fluid, just a bit over 2 hours very well spent.β

βThe film opens with this jaw dropping prologue in 1976, at a Boston Police station as two policemen discuss the arrest of Father John Geoghan for child molestation.β

Published reviews, not felt experience β a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
It reviews better than it plays β admired more than it is enjoyed.
βLike any creative endeavor a film is the sum of its parts. In the most elementary terms it needs a screenplay as a base, a cast to bring the script to life and a director to orchestrate the pieces into something of considerable impact. Excuse the hyperbole, but Tom McCarthy's Spotlight is an example of when all those pieces fit together almost perfectly.β

βItβs a more subtle, damning film for implicating the media β as much as the church, the courts, the legal profession and other Boston institutions β in the systematic, wider cultural cover-up it describes.β
Dave Calhoun, Time Out London Β· 100
βSpotlight feels both timeless and modern, a dexterously crafted film that could have been made anytime but somehow feels perfect for right now.β
Stephanie Zacharek, Village Voice Β· 100
βTautly directed by Tom McCarthy (The Visitor), the film hums as a tense shoe-leather procedural and a heartbreaking morality play that handles personal stories respectfully without losing sight of the bigger, more damning picture.β

βThis landmark film takes a clear-eyed look at the digital future and honors the one constant that journalism needs to stay alive and relevant: a fighting spirit.β

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.

β> Uncovering the sins committed by whom the millions of people believe in. A documentary film would show the real faces of those offenders to shame them. That's the reason I desperately wanted it to be a documentary, then I would have definitely given a maximum mark. There's no complaint about this movie, but adaptation means fakes acting, fake settings and awards goes to non real achievers. Anyway, this movie kind looked a semi documentary and liked the way it was made. The movie exposed β

βThis was a very shocking and well made film. It is about the scandal involving a cover-up of Catholic priests molesting children in the Boston area. I was surprised with the delicate nature of the film's script and how well it was handled. It had a very solid ensemble cast which helped make the film moving and horrific in parts. I am glad that a film like this won Best Picture at the Academy Awards as it had a very important message (even if I was rooting for 'The Revenant'). β β β β β
