how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score β the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 36 comments (31 from Metacritic, 5 from TMDB reviews) β 2 of them described how it moves.
Thin evidence β the shape below rests on 2 comments. The shaded band is how wide the uncertainty actually is, and it is drawn to scale.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

βmy happiness upon hearing those first few notes sneaking in at the conclusion. A fitting endβ

βStand By Me is one of those films that stands up to the test of time. It may never top any criticβs βfilms of the centuryβ list, like Citizen Kane, or Raging Bull, but it has a charm and depth that seems to resonate with each generation.β

βThe entire cast is superb and it so perfectly paced, that the story unfolds with wit, pathos and sensitivity and completely free of emotional shortcuts.β

βStand By Me is the summer's great gift, a compassionate, perfectly performed look at the real heart of youth. It stands, sweet and strong, ribald, outrageous and funny, like its heroes themselves--a bit gamy around the edges, perhaps, but pure and fine clear through. It's one of those treasures absolutely not to be missed.β
Sheila Benson, Los Angeles Times Β· 100
βA small, quiet film that walks tall and resonates long after.β
Carrie Rickey, Philadelphia Inquirer Β· 100
βThe resulting adventure β bizarre, mysterious and moving β is about lost youth and the recovery of innocence through writing and memory. It is also one of those vanishingly rare films where child actors have to carry almost the entire drama.β

βLoved the opportunity to see one of my all time favourite films on the big screen once again. A film I quote from often and even though Iβve owned the video and later on the DVD for literally decades now, it isnβt a film I watch on a regular basis. I think thatβs because the memory of what that film represents has never left me and as such I can replay it in my head without having to have it physically in front of me. Although the four main characters are 12, they always remind me of a time whenβ

βMy all-time favourite movie! Like Gordie, I was a shy, sensitive boy, who was (and am) a writer, and I've been told by so many people I have a talent for it. Also, I've had many friends like Chris, being tough on the outside, while sweet on the inside, and I've known people like Vern, Teddy and Denny too :) Beautiful music, acting and truth about growing up, as relevant today as it was in the 80s/50s :) <3β

βOk everyone - this is a 80's kid about kids, but don't think it is like the others as it is a Stephen King adaptation. It isn't for kids - unless you want to traumatize them. Coming of age at a high price, what makes this a special one on that decade. A solid 8.2 out of 10.0 / A in my score.β

β**A good film about the value of friendship and companionship.** This is one of those films that becomes adorable not only because of what it shows and tells us, but also because of the affective memories it awakens in us, or even because of the messages it brings and which it explains in its narrative. The value of friendships is a more than common theme in cinema, but perhaps this is one of the most paradigmatic and memorable films when the subject is precisely that. Very consistently baβ
