Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 7 comments (6 from Metacritic, 1 from TMDB reviews) — none of them described how it moves.
So the shape below is not a measured arc. It is this title's overall sentiment held flat across the runtime, with the widest uncertainty band we draw. People talked about this title; they did not talk about how it paces.
Not enough people said when to name this shape. The line is what the evidence draws, not a finding.

“The movie gets goofy from time to time -- as when payola arrives in a vintage "Clash of the Titans lunchbox -- but the filmmakers and cast have the style and the swagger to back it up.”
Marrit Ingman, Austin Chronicle · 89
“Make no mistake, this movie is a mess. But, wow, what a mess! It's an exploding piñata, full of low comedy and high drama, deliriously colorful fight scenes and vehicle chases.”
Andrew O'Hehir, Salon · 80
“Proves to be a whiz-bang kick in the pants.”
Ann Hornaday, Washington Post · 80
“It's an exercise in style by Robert Rodriguez and not to be taken any more (or less) seriously than his giddy "Spy Kids" movies.”
Richard Schickel, Time · 80
“Affectionately conceived, imaginatively staged and highly entertaining.”
Jean Oppenheimer, The Hollywood Reporter · 80

“As someone who liked the first two movies in the trilogy, this felt like a big letdown. It has moments of fun and visual flair, but the heart and focus of El Mariachi and Desperado are missing. Worth a watch if you're completing the trilogy, but it’s easily the weakest of the three.”

“I'm both glad and disappointed that this movie continued in the footsteps of its prequel "Desperado". While this movie goes in the same category as desperado: "the good bad movies", it leaves me with mixed feelings. It's good at being bad, But repeating the joke doesn't make it any better. This movie is hilarious, but a bit of step down from its prequel. DO NOT TAKE THIS MOVIE SERIOUSLY LIKE IT WAS INTENDED TO.”

“Has some cool stuff like Depp on fire, but is otherwise a bit garbage. Couple of laughs.”

“Esse filme muito mais divertido que seu antecessor, e claro com uma ótima atuação de Johnny Depp..........................................................”

“**Tons of stylish action, a big budget, a script reduced to the minimum and a huge list of actors with nothing to do.** It was only when I saw this film that I realized that it is the last film in a trilogy that begins with “Mariachi”. However, I saw it after having seen “Desperado” and that allowed me to have a better understanding of the story: the gunman and his girlfriend are chased by a drug dealer until the day his men manages to kill the girl. Devastated, the Mariachi retires to live o”
