how much it moved you
Two separate readings, not parts of the score — the score says how much of it held you, these say what kind of watch it was.
Nobody has rated this on FlickFeel yet. This is public discussion of this title, read into a curve. It is not a rating and it never becomes one.
Read from 289 comments (233 from Reddit, 45 from Metacritic, 11 from TMDB reviews) — 63 of them described how it moves.
➖ steady — Holds one level all the way. Pulled both ways throughout — never simply one thing. Around the middle it was tender and painful at the same time, which is the state people mean by being moved. Very little of it ever resolves. Marked above the line: 1 that landed as a blow, 2 that gave people chills, 2 that got a real laugh.

Published reviews, not felt experience — a different question from the one above, and never mixed into the FlickFeel score.
It reviews better than it plays — admired more than it is enjoyed.
“This follow-up doesn’t re-take the temperature of British society one generation on so much as vivisect its twitching remains.”
Robbie Collin, The Telegraph · 100
“The sense of hallucinogenic sweatiness won’t be to everyone’s taste but [Garland] and Boyle should be applauded for taking such big swings and having the flair and confidence to pull them off. It’s an astonishing piece of work.”
Ed Potton, The Times · 100
“Typically, we look to adrenaline-fueled entertainment for catharsis. Boyle’s thrilling reboot offers enlightenment as well.”
Peter Debruge, Variety · 100
“If it sounds like Boyle and Garland have been smoking some super-strength Cali weed in the writers’ room, you’ve heard nothing yet.”
Jordan Bassett, NME · 100
“Not that it was ever in question, but 28 Years Later is an invigorating reminder that Boyle, as a technician of dizzying, daring cinematic style, has never lost his fastball, and he employs it to great effect emphasizing Spike’s visceral emotional experience.”
Katie Walsh, The Seattle Times · 100

Grouped by where it was written, because a considered review and a reaction typed an hour after the credits are different things. Every quote links to its source.
